Through this song, the vocalist is expressing how he feels about his love life which is going through a bit of turmoil. Being part of a band, he is always on the run and travelling several places, while his loved one stays at home.
The lyrics explain the twisted emotions the vocalist is going through. While his lover is vital to him and keeps his morale high, excess of her makes him feel drained.
